WHO WE ARE

Science-driven.

Mission-focused.

Built to deliver.

Ion Gradient is a research consortium built to solve a real problem: America's reliance on foreign sources for the critical minerals that power clean energy and national defense. We're targeting lithium, boron, and rare earth elements at three of California's most mineral-rich sites, Searles Lake, Owens Lake, and the Coso Geothermal Field, bringing together geoscientists, GIS specialists, and federal strategists under one roof to move from resource identification to responsible production. This isn't a startup chasing a theory; it's a team with the standing, the science, and the sites already in hand.

  • Sites Throughout the United States. Searles Lake, Owens Lake, and Coso Geothermal Field are already mapped and under evaluation.

  • Federally Positioned. Our partnerships provide give us direct credibility with federal partners and funders.

  • Multidisciplinary by Design. Geoscience, GIS, and federal strategy work together from day one, not as separate add-ons.

HOW WE WORK

Execution you can underwrite.

Ion Gradient was built so that investors and partners aren't taking a bet on an idea, they're backing a team that already has the structure, standing, and methodology to execute. Every site assessment runs through documented, mapped data rather than speculation, and our federal-ready positioning means partners can move forward with confidence rather than working through extra layers of risk.

  • GIS-Mapped Precision. Every site is analyzed using the same spatial data standards used in federal infrastructure planning, so findings hold up to outside review.

  • Federally Positioned. Our SDVOSB standing gives Ion Gradient direct credibility to pursue and execute federal opportunities.

  • Multidisciplinary Team. Geoscientists, GIS specialists, and federal strategists work as one team, so technical findings move directly into fundable, executable projects.

  • Site-Proven Methodology. We work from documented, mapped deposits at Searles Lake, Owens Lake, and Coso, not exploratory guesswork.

WHAT DRIVES US

A mission worth investing in.

Beyond the minerals themselves, Ion Gradient exists because America's critical mineral supply chain needs domestic answers, and we believe the way you get there matters as much as getting there at all. That means building toward strategic, supply chain independence while holding ourselves to a higher standard for the land and communities tied to these sites, with a team that's always looking for a better way to do the work.

  • Domestic Supply Chain Focused. We're targeting lithium, boron, and rare earth elements right here in California, strengthening U.S. supply chains for clean energy and defense.

  • Environmentally Responsible. Resource extraction and land stewardship aren't competing priorities here; every project is designed to restore value, not just remove it.

  • Community and Stakeholder Aligned. We build relationships with tribal advisors and local stakeholders into the work from day one, not as an afterthought.

  • Innovative Technology. We keep pushing for smarter, more efficient ways to identify and recover critical minerals.
